1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to SwipeCleaner (the "App"), published by apphamza. It covers the Android application identified as com.swipecleaner.duplicatephotocleaner.pro and the corresponding iOS application.
2. Photos, videos, and device storage
With your permission, the App reads photos and videos in your media library so it can organize them by date, detect visually similar photos, identify screenshots, and show large videos for review.
- Media analysis, including perceptual image hashing, runs locally on your device.
- We do not upload, copy, store, sell, or inspect your photos and videos on apphamza servers.
- Items marked for deletion remain in the App's local review list until you choose to empty it.
- Permanent deletion is performed through the operating system's media APIs and may require an additional system confirmation.
You can revoke photo or video access at any time in your device settings. Some cleaning features will stop working without this permission.
3. Information stored locally
The App stores preferences and operational data on your device, such as theme choice, excluded albums, reviewed-item references, cleanup statistics, reminder preference, and cached perceptual hashes. This information is used only to provide App functionality and is not sent to apphamza servers.
You can remove this local information by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App does not delete your personal photos or videos.
4. Advertising and consent
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to request privacy choices where required. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and ad configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
- device or advertising identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- ad views, interactions, and advertising performance data;
- device, app, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention information.

Where a privacy-options entry point is required, you can revisit your advertising choices from the App's settings. You can also reset or limit your device advertising identifier in Android or iOS privacy settings.
5. Daily reminders
If you enable the optional daily reminder, the App asks for notification permission and schedules a local notification on your device. apphamza does not operate a push-notification server for this feature. You can disable the reminder in the App or revoke notification permission in device settings.
7. Retention and security
apphamza does not retain copies of your media because the App does not upload it to our servers. Local preferences remain on your device until you clear App data or uninstall the App. Data handled by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your privacy choices.
We use platform permissions and operating-system protections to limit access, but no device or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's privacy
SwipeCleaner is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising configuration and store age ratings are maintained in accordance with applicable platform requirements.
9. Your choices
- Allow limited or full photo-library access.
- Revoke media and notification permissions in device settings.
- Change available advertising consent choices.
- Clear local App storage or uninstall the App.
Because no account is required and apphamza does not receive your gallery or local preferences, we generally do not hold account-linked App data that can be accessed or deleted on request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when App features, partners, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear at this URL with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its store listing.
